Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about renting with us. Don't see your question? Call 612-501-6666.
How long is a rental?
Every rental is an overnight/22 hour rental, so there is plenty of time to bounce. Prices are listed per day on each rental.
Do you charge for delivery, setup or teardown?
No. Delivery, setup and teardown are free with every rental. We bring the unit, set it up and take it down for you.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Free delivery, setup and takedown on every rental, with no minimum order.
What is the difference between Dry and Wet/Dry units?
Dry units, like our obstacle courses, are used without water. Wet/Dry units can be used with or without water: for wet fun, they hook up to a regular garden hose through a misting system.
How many kids can play at once, and how old do they need to be?
All of our units are for ages 6+. The Rugged Warrior Challenge takes 10 kids at a time; our slides, bounce houses and other obstacle courses take 2 at a time. Each rental page lists its rider limit.
Where do you deliver?
We serve the Twin Cities: Minneapolis & St. Paul. Not sure if we come to you? Call us at 612-501-6666 and ask.
Do you deliver outside Minneapolis and St. Paul?
Call us at 612-501-6666 with your address and we'll tell you.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, three of them. Multiple Day Discount: 25% off for each additional day. Frequent Customer Discount: 5% off for all returning customers. Multiple Rental Discount: 25% off for each additional rental.
Can I rent more than one inflatable?
Yes, and you save: the Multiple Rental Discount takes 25% off each additional rental. For a big group, the Rugged Warrior Challenge takes 10 kids at a time.
Are you insured?
Yes. We specialize in safe, insured service for both businesses and home events, and every rental comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
